A 2,000 m² leather workshop in Shenzhen.
Engineered for craft at scale.
Our Longgang facility is organized into seven dedicated production zones — design, cutting, printing, sewing, edge-painting, hardware and QC — each staffed by specialists.
The result: consistent quality across small bespoke runs and large brand commissions alike, with transparent lead times we hold ourselves to.

From hide to handover, in six steps
Design & Pattern
In-house R&D drafts patterns, builds samples and iterates with the client.
Cutting
Hydraulic die-cut for volume; laser-cut and hand-cut for prototypes and intricate shapes.
Sewing
Computerized programmable sewing alongside traditional saddle stitching by hand.
Edge Finishing
Multi-layer hand-painted edges, sanded and waxed for a glass-smooth finish.
Printing
Digital and UV printing for custom patterns and full-color brand artwork.
Quality Control
Per-piece inspection against a documented checklist before packaging.

Every piece, inspected twice.
Our QC team checks every piece against a 14-point checklist covering leather grain, stitch density, edge finish, hardware alignment and packaging. Full batch traceability is maintained so any concern can be traced back to material lot, operator and inspection record.
